Finally a new Mexican Restaurant at Scottsdale Quarter!

Straight From Newport Beach!

 SOL Mexican Cocina, a Baja-inspired Mexican restaurant, makes its debut at Scottsdale Quarter on Tuesday, March 20 at 4:30 p.m (but I will be attending a media preview this weekend – so stay tuned.) SOL celebrates authentic coastal cuisine with a fresh, modern interpretation. Scottsdale is the second location for SOL, which originated in Newport Beach, Calif. in 2009.
