Saigon Kitchen in Surprise, 5 stars
Barbara Yost: Having enjoyed Rice Paper, I was expecting Saigon Kitchen to be good.
But I wasn't prepared to blown away the second I walked through the door
and was greeted by intoxicating aromas. Saigon Kitchen gives its
Surprise neighborhood bragging rights to one of the best new restaurants
in the Valley.
